Milquetoast?

The Democrats have an unprecedented amount of power right now. They have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate; they've got way more seats in the house.... They have more of a mandate than anybody expected, and he really hasn't delivered much.

Although cowardly and ineffective, he prefers attacking soft targets, turning potential friends into certain enemies. It's a most juvenile, counter-productive, unstrategy that betrays how truly unqualified and unprepared he is to cope with the responsibilities he has taken largely by deceit.
