Psalm 69:28
May they be blotted out of the book of life and not be listed with the righteous.

Catholics who voted yea on H R 3962 (Affordable Health Care for America Act)
http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2009/roll887.xml
Catholics who also voted Yea on H R 3962 (Stupak Amendment)
http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2009/roll884.xml
IMAGINE all Catholic Reps upholding the fundamental human right to life. They could have done it. They can still do it. Will they take up the mantle of righteousness and stop the bloodiest massacre in human history? Or will they take the mark?
“Excommunication is provided in the Code of Canon Law for those who cooperate actively in the practice of abortion,” Bishop Martinez Camino stated in an AFP report.
He said Catholics cannot support the legalization of abortion and if they do “they will objectively find themselves in a public state of sin and may not be admitted to Holy Communion.”
While “the Church cannot judge their subjectivity,” he added, those who “directly collaborate” in or promote abortion incur excommunication.

As these politicians are de-facto excommunicated, they are ipso-facto NOT currently Catholics. they may call themselves Ex-Catholics, or Former Catholics, or Non-Catholics, but they must say so in as public a manner as they once said they were actual Catholics. It is a fraudulent misrepresentation for them to claim "Roman Catholic" as their Religion when that in-fact is false. Their Wikipedia entries (and official records) should be updated to reflect that truth.

Canon Law is clear, one can excommunicate oneself (latae sententiae, See, Code of Canon Law, Canon 1314 ff.) by their own action.

Matthew 6:24
No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.
Matthew 7:16
By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?
Matthew 7:23
Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
1 John 2:19
They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.
Revelation 20:15
If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
Those, however, who reject God's love by mortal sin and die without repenting are condemned to the everlasting torments of hell.
